Artist statement
I have spent twenty-some years watching technology eat the world and trying to spit back something more human. I am a photographer who learned to code, a community builder who distrusts platforms, a both/and person in a pick-a-side century.
The Dark Crystal is a mirror, not a portrait. It points at whoever stands in front of it: eats your slop, reads your multitudes, and hands you back one clean sentence that is actually yours. It is punk in its bones. It rejects the seamless, the frictionless, the AI-slick perfection everyone is being sold. It keeps the seams. It is weird on purpose, because deliberate weirdness is resistance.
Draft. This will change. Everything real does.
